At AmicaPet, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

 


 

 

1. Return Window

 


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 


 

 

2. Return Eligibility

 


We accept returns if:

 

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is significantly different from the description on our website

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

 

 


 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

 

 


 

 

4. How to Start a Return

 


To initiate a return:

 

  1. Email us at support@amicapet.com

  2. Include the following details:

     

    • Your order number

    • Photos or video clearly showing the issue (for damaged/incorrect items)

     

 


Once your request is approved, we will provide you with:

 

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • The correct return address (returns without an RMA will not be accepted)

 

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

 

Situation Who Covers Shipping Costs?
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item AmicaPet covers the return shipping costs, or sends a replacement without requiring a return.
All Other Return Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

5. Refunds and Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • You will receive either a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time varies by bank and may take 5–10 business days after the refund is approved.

 

6. Order Cancellations

 

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
