1. Processing Time

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.


You will receive:

 

  • An order confirmation email after your purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched

 


Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

 


Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

 

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–18 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

 


Please note:

 

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

  • Once your order has shipped, transit times are outside our control, but we will do our best to assist if any issues arise.

 

 


 

 

3. Shipping Origin

 


We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from:

 

  • The United States

  • China

  • Europe

 


Your order may arrive in more than one package if multiple items were purchased.


Note: Our business office is located in the United States. Actual order fulfillment and shipping are handled by our trusted warehouse partners in the United States, China, and Europe.

United States:

 


All orders include free standard shipping with no additional cost at checkout.


 

International Orders:

 


Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

 


 

 

5. Tracking Information

 


A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to appear after the package leaves the warehouse.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 


International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country.

 

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any customs or import fees.

  • AmicaPet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

 


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

 

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

  • AmicaPet is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or local postal service problems.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 


If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed:

 

  1. First check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for more details.
