At AmicaPet, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read the details below to understand how we process and ship your products.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimates below are for standard shipping:

United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days

Once your order has been shipped, transit times are outside of our control, but we will do our best to help if there are any issues.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses to deliver your order efficiently.

Your order may arrive in more than one package if you purchased multiple items.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking updates may take 2–4 days to appear after your order leaves the warehouse.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs or import charges that may apply.

AmicaPet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
7. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

AmicaPet is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or issues caused by the local postal service.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

Then contact the shipping carrier, as they may have more detailed information.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund until the investigation with the carrier is completed.
